Where is The RAD Studio located?

The RAD Studio is located at 25 Ontario St in downtown Stratford, Ontario. Local pickup is available once your order is confirmed as ready.

Do you serve customers outside Stratford?

Yes. We help customers in nearby areas including St. Marys, Mitchell, Tavistock, Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Woodstock, Brantford, London, and surrounding Southwestern Ontario communities by request.

Can I pick up my order locally?

Yes. Most local orders can be picked up from the Stratford storefront after you receive pickup confirmation.

Do you offer same-day printing for nearby communities?

Sometimes. Same-day printing depends on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, garment availability, print method, and production schedule. Send the details as early as possible.

Do you have minimum orders?

No minimum custom printing may be available for many projects. For 1–5 simple custom items, use the small order form. For larger or detailed orders, use the full quote page.
