Refund policy

At The RAD Studio, many orders are custom made, personalized, printed, or produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, custom orders are handled differently than standard retail products.

### Custom and personalized items

Custom printed, personalized, made-to-order, or decorated items are final sale once the order has been approved and production has started. This includes, but is not limited to:

- Custom t-shirts
- Custom hoodies
- DTF printed items
- Business apparel
- Team or school apparel
- Promotional products
- Personalized gifts
- Items with customer-provided artwork, logos, names, numbers, or text

Before production begins, we may confirm product details, artwork, placement, sizing, quantity, pricing, and timeline. Please review all details carefully before approving an order.

### Problems with an order

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup, delivery, or receipt. We will review concerns related to production errors, damaged items, or incorrect products.

Please include:

- Your name
- Order details
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable

If the issue was caused by a production error on our part, we will work with you on a fair solution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.

### Customer-supplied details and artwork

The RAD Studio is not responsible for errors in customer-approved artwork, spelling, names, numbers, sizing, garment colours, print placement, or other order details once approved. Please double-check all information before production.

### Sizing

Sizing can vary by garment brand, style, and fit. If you are unsure about sizing, please ask before ordering. Custom printed apparel cannot usually be returned or exchanged due to sizing once production is complete.

### Standard retail items

Unused, non-custom retail items may be eligible for return or exchange at our discretion if they are in original condition and returned within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase may be required.
