Local pickup is available at 25 Ontario St in Stratford once your order is confirmed as ready. Please wait for pickup confirmation before coming in so we can make sure your custom order is finished, checked, and ready for you.

Small and large custom orders now use the same portal, where you can send details, upload artwork, receive quotes, and follow progress.

Yes. Local pickup is available from The RAD Studio at 25 Ontario St in Stratford once your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before coming in for pickup.
Do you offer same-day printing?
Sometimes. Same-day printing may be available depending on the product, quantity, artwork readiness, print method, garment availability, and current production schedule. Send your details as early as possible so we can confirm what is realistic.
Do you have minimum orders?
No minimum orders may be available for many custom printing projects. Start any small or large custom order through the Customer Project Portal.
