Shipping is priced individually because a single shirt, a box of hoodies, and a large team order have different weights, packaging needs, destinations, and delivery timelines. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Same-day printing may occasionally be available for local pickup projects with ready artwork and available stock, but it should not be interpreted as same-day delivery across Canada. National customers receive a realistic production and shipping plan for the specific order.

Artwork and print planning

Send the original vector, PDF, high-resolution PNG, Canva share link, or best artwork available. DTF printing can suit detailed and multicolour designs on many apparel projects, but small text, distressed effects, transparent backgrounds, print dimensions, garment fabric, and placement still require review. A mockup helps communicate the idea, but it does not replace the production artwork or final approval.

Selected custom t-shirts are available through 6XL and selected custom hoodies through 5XL. Exact availability varies by brand, style, colour, supplier stock, and timing. Collect the full size range before choosing the garment so extended sizes are part of the original plan rather than a late exception. When one product family cannot cover everyone, coordinated alternatives may preserve a consistent colour and print treatment.

Reorders and replacement pieces

For business, team, and organization programs, keep the approved garment name, colour, print size, placement, and artwork with the project record. That information makes future additions easier to assess, although supplier stock and dye lots can change. No-minimum options may make a single replacement or new-member piece possible when the original product and decoration method remain available.
