Rush availability is confirmed only after review. Please do not advertise a pickup time, travel to the shop, or promise finished apparel to a group until we confirm the product, artwork, price, and completion plan.

Send the deadline and artwork first

Tell us when the finished order must be in your hands and why that time matters. An evening event may require pickup hours earlier so items can be sorted or delivered. Include the original artwork file or a share link rather than a screenshot whenever possible. Fine details, low-resolution logos, missing backgrounds, and design changes can turn a simple request into one that needs more time.

It creates a wider product choice and more room for review. Selected shirts through 6XL and hoodies through 5XL may also require sourcing rather than immediate stock.

If same-day production is not realistic, we will explain the limiting factor and the closest practical alternative. That may be a different available item, fewer placements, a partial urgent quantity, or a later confirmed completion date.

Plan backward from the real pickup time

The useful deadline is the moment the finished order must leave the shop, not simply the date printed on an invitation. If shirts need to be sorted by size, distributed to staff, packed for travel, or delivered to an event venue, build that time into the request. Tell us whether one contact person can approve details quickly and remain reachable while the project is being assessed.

Rush work moves fastest when decisions are final. Late changes to quantity, garment colour, artwork, names, print size, or placement can require a new review and may remove the same-day option. A concise first message and one approved point of contact protect the limited production window.
