The Resource Center is built for customers who know they need something custom, but may not know the best product, print method, size range, or ordering path yet. You do not need to become a printing expert before contacting us. These guides are here to make the first conversation easier.
If you are planning a rush order, start with the same-day and turnaround guide. If your design has colour, gradients, small details, names, numbers, or a smaller quantity, the DTF guide is a good place to begin. If you are ordering for staff, a team, a school group, a restaurant, a landscaping crew, or an event, the apparel guides will help you think through comfort, sizing, placement, and durability before you request a quote.
The fastest quote requests usually include the product type, approximate quantity, deadline, colour preferences, size range, artwork or logo file, and where the design should go on the item. A rough starting point is completely fine. If you only know “we need shirts for an event next week,” send that. We can help narrow down the rest.
For artwork, send the best file you have or include a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, WeTransfer, or another file tool. Vector artwork is ideal when available, but many projects can begin with a high-quality image, screenshot, mockup, or existing logo file.
For one to five custom pieces, start in the customer project portal and choose the closest project type. For group orders, business apparel, uniforms, team apparel, and promotional products, include as much information as you have about who will use the items and how quickly you need them. The goal is not to make the request perfect; the goal is to give us enough context to recommend a realistic next step.
Common Stratford-area projects include staff shirts for new businesses, custom hoodies for schools and teams, same-day gifts, market apparel, restaurant uniforms, contractor shirts, fundraiser apparel, event tees, and branded promotional products for customer giveaways. Each project has a slightly different best path, which is why the guides are organized by situation instead of only by product.
If you are not sure where your idea fits, start with the closest guide and then send a message. We can help connect the dots between your deadline, artwork, product idea, quantity, and budget direction.
