Choose real garment styles
Start with an ATC Everyday t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, crewneck sweatshirt, pullover hoodie, or zip hoodie. The preview uses real supplier garment references rather than a generic rectangle.
Online custom clothing designer · Canada
Build a clear custom clothing order before you pay. The RAD Studio's online clothing designer lets you choose a real garment, select its colour, enter sizes and quantities, add text or upload artwork, and arrange separate front, back, chest, or sleeve print locations where the garment allows them. Your completed mockups and original artwork are sent to our Stratford, Ontario studio for a real production review.
There is no automatic checkout and no payment is taken when you submit. We confirm garment stock, artwork quality, placement, pricing, production timing, and Canadian shipping before sending an approval and payment link.
A clearer way to order
Start with an ATC Everyday t-shirt, long-sleeve shirt, crewneck sweatshirt, pullover hoodie, or zip hoodie. The preview uses real supplier garment references rather than a generic rectangle.
Enter the complete size breakdown while you design. Selected custom t-shirts are available through 6XL and selected custom hoodies through 5XL, subject to style, colour, and supplier stock.
Create separate artwork arrangements for the full front, left chest, full back, or sleeve where available. Each location stays with the submitted order for studio review.
Add a logo, illustration, or other design file, then move, resize, and rotate it on the garment. You can also add simple text directly in the designer.
The online result is a planning mockup, not an automatic production promise. A real person checks the complete project and confirms the final details before you pay.
Choose pickup from our downtown Stratford studio or request shipping within Canada. Shipping cost and timing are calculated for the actual package and destination.
Custom clothing has variables that a simple shopping cart can easily miss. A design may contain lines that are too fine, a transparent background may not be prepared correctly, a selected garment colour may be temporarily unavailable, or a print may need to move slightly to sit properly on a seam, hood, zipper, or pocket. Extended sizes can also have different stock conditions or garment measurements. Automatic checkout would either hide those issues or force every order into overly rigid choices.
Submitting for approval keeps the process convenient without pretending custom production is identical to buying a finished retail shirt. The mockup communicates your intent. Our studio then checks the artwork, garment, print dimensions, placement, quantity, sizes, deadline, pickup or shipping requirements, and any personalization. If something should change, we explain it before production and payment.
The online designer can be used for one personal shirt, staff clothing, team apparel, school groups, event shirts, fundraiser clothing, creator merchandise, club apparel, family projects, and replacement pieces. Many projects can begin without a large minimum, although availability and pricing still depend on the garment, artwork, print locations, quantity, and timing.
Groups should collect the full size breakdown before submitting. Include youth, standard adult, and extended sizes from the beginning so the garment recommendation works for the whole team, business, organization, or event. If one product family cannot cover every requested size, we can review coordinated alternatives rather than leaving people out.
The garment preview helps you show whether a logo belongs on the left chest, whether a large illustration should appear on the front or back, and whether a sleeve detail is part of the project. You can create more than one location on the same garment and review each mockup before submitting. The studio still confirms the final physical print size and placement because screen dimensions, garment sizes, seams, hoods, pockets, and zippers affect production.
For uploaded artwork, use the cleanest original file available. Vector artwork, a high-resolution transparent PNG, or a production-ready PDF is generally more useful than a screenshot. If the available file is imperfect, submit it anyway and explain what you have. We can identify what needs to be corrected before printing.
The RAD Studio produces custom apparel in-house at 25 Ontario Street in Stratford, Ontario. Local customers can arrange pickup, while completed clothing orders can be shipped to Canadian destinations. Production time and shipping time are confirmed separately. A rush production option in Stratford does not mean same-day delivery to another province, so deadlines should include both the studio schedule and carrier transit.
When shipping is required, provide the destination postal code and the date the order must arrive. Shipping is quoted for the real package because one t-shirt, several heavyweight hoodies, and a full team order have different weights and delivery options.
Your request includes the garment selection, colour, sizes, quantities, print locations, mockups, original uploaded artwork, project name, contact information, deadline, and pickup or shipping preference. The studio reviews the submission and contacts you if anything is unclear. Once the garment, artwork, placement, price, and timing are confirmed, you receive the approval and payment step. Production begins only after the required approvals and payment are complete.
