A simple workflow

How to use the templates

  1. Choose the tool that matches the project. Use a spreadsheet when many people or sizes are involved, and a printable brief when the order is still being planned.
  2. Confirm the exact garment before final sizing. Size charts and available colours can differ by style, even within the same brand.
  3. Keep front, back, chest, and sleeve instructions separate. This makes artwork review and proof approval much clearer.
  4. Send the completed file with your request. You can attach it in the Customer Project Portal along with artwork, logos, and reference images.

Template questions

Frequently asked questions

Are these templates actually free?

Yes. You can download, copy, print, and use them to organize your own custom apparel projects. They are provided as planning tools and do not create an order or payment obligation.

Can I edit the Excel files in Google Sheets?

Yes. Upload the workbook to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets. Review the automatic totals after import because spreadsheet programs can occasionally handle formatting or formulas differently.

Do the worksheets guarantee garment availability or pricing?

No. Garment stock, colours, extended sizes, pricing, production timing, and shipping are confirmed for the real project after the completed plan is reviewed.

Can The RAD Studio help complete the plan?

Yes. Start a project and send whatever information you already have. We can help identify missing details, recommend garments, review artwork, and turn the plan into an approval-ready order.
