Privacy Policy
Effective August 15, 2026
The RAD Studio respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website and customer project tools, why we collect it, how it may be handled by our service providers, and the choices available to you.
Information we collect
When you contact us, request a quote, or start a project, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, business or organization name, project description, product choices, quantities, sizes, deadline, messages, and other information you choose to include.
You may also provide artwork, logos, photographs, documents, file-sharing links, mockups, and other project materials. Please only submit files that you are permitted to share and that are reasonably necessary for your project.
Our website and hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring page, pages viewed, approximate location, and security or diagnostic information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, recommend products or print methods, review artwork, communicate about proofs and deadlines, organize production, arrange pickup, provide customer support, maintain project records, protect our systems, improve the website, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use information submitted for a project for unrelated marketing without consent.
Forms, analytics, and service providers
The website uses Formspree to deliver contact-form messages. The customer project portal is hosted through Vercel and may use Supabase to store account, project, message, and uploaded-file information. The website is hosted through Cloudflare and uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate website measurement and operational insights.
These providers process information on our behalf to operate the website and project tools. Information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may therefore be subject to the laws of another jurisdiction. We limit the information shared with providers to what is reasonably needed for the relevant service.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed as a privacy-focused analytics service and does not require advertising cookies to measure website traffic. Other third-party websites reached through our links have their own privacy practices.
How long we keep information
We keep inquiry and project information only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, complete the project, support reorders, resolve questions, maintain appropriate business records, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of project and information.
How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is not needed for your custom-printing project.
Your choices and privacy requests
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent where applicable, or ask us to delete information that we are not required to retain. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
If you believe a child submitted personal information without appropriate permission, contact us so we can review and remove it where appropriate.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our website, project tools, or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top of this page will show when the current version took effect.
