Choose apparel around the work it needs to do
Not every style carries the same full range, and colour availability can narrow it further. Choose the garment after seeing the complete size list rather than asking people to fit a product selected in advance. Selected t-shirts are available through 6XL and selected hoodies through 5XL.
Build an order that is easier to approve and repeat
When two product families are needed to cover the range, match colour and decoration as closely as practical and explain the plan clearly. Collect sizes privately, publish a useful size chart, and avoid labelling extended-size recipients in public rosters or distribution lists.
Artwork and production
Send the highest-quality logo or design available.
